Located in the heart of Chelsea, the historic building has been converted into an exclusive development. The 19th century Victorian building was part of King's College, before being renovated.

Highly meticulous features are beautifully considered in this development, even within the commonplace areas such as the car park which boasts number plate recognition among its security features and air purifiers strategically placed throughout the building.

Light IQ were brought in very early to the project to ensure a seamless integration with all parties. The highly detailed and sophisticated interior scheme, along with cutting edge technology required careful site monitoring and regular site meetings. The clients, closely involved at all stages of the project, signed off each sample light and attended all mock-ups. This was a shared journey, enjoyed by all parties that lead to a beautiful family home.
