Alan Yau's debut fine dining experience in the heart of Tokyo.
Mitsubishi Holdings and Alan Yau partnered to create the first Chinese fine dining venue in Tokyo. The simple brasserie design of the interior, by MondeUnique, serves as the perfect backdrop for the sophisticated Dim-Sum menu.
The lighting layers are mostly decorative, with a subtle warm glow of linear LEDS and accents that complement the ambiance. Light IQ has extensive experience in Japan and this was crucial for the success of this project.
Knowing the limitations in lighting equipment and compatibility with control systems, our experienced team ensured that the restaurant lighting was implemented as per our design and without compromise. This included a specific colour temperature of 2700K throughout and the highest colour rendering available in the Panasonic range of luminaires.
